15-Year-Old Boy Identified as Victim in Fort Wayne shooting

A 15-year-old boy from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting that occurred in the 4900 block of Vance Avenue. Christopher Ezekiel Easton, the victim, succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds, as confirmed by Allen County Deputy Coroner Jeffrey McCracken. This heartbreaking incident has been ruled a homicide, marking the second such case in the county this year.
Following the shooting, Easton was immediately rushed from the scene to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, his injuries proved fatal. In light of this devastating loss, his family has established a fundraiser to aid with the expenses associated with his funeral.
